How do I register and or book a free consultation ?
You can register and book a free consultation with us by going to our contact us page. After you complete the form, you’ll receive an email within 1-3 business days on the next step.

Question 3

How long are the tutoring sessions?
Most sessions last one hour, though we can customize the session length based on your child’s specific needs, attention span, and academic goals. We have a minimum requirement of 2 hours a week. See more on our rate rates page.

Do you offer both in-person and online tutoring?
Yes. We provide in-person tutoring sessions at your home for added convenience and comfort. We also offer online tutoring through a secure video platform, allowing students to learn from anywhere.

Question 5

How do you assess a student’s needs and measure progress?
We begin with a diagnostic assessment to identify strengths and areas for growth. Students complete reoccurring assignments, quizzes, and practice tests. Parents can view performance metrics, progress reports, and tutor feedback via parent portal.

Do you help with homework and test prep?
Absolutely. We support homework assignments to reinforce classroom learning, as well as targeted test preparation. Please refer to our services page for more details.

Are there packages, discounts, or family plans available?
Yes. We offer various packages and family plans tailored to different needs. These can be reviewed and managed through our parent portal including special discounts for multiple children or bundled services.

Question 8

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You can manage appointments directly in the parent portal or give us a call directly. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Please see our policies for complete details.

How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through our internal system. You can review invoices, make payments, and manage billing options directly in the parent portal. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely encrypted.
