How do I register and or book a free consultation ?
You can register and book a free consultation with us by going to our contact us page. After you complete the form, you’ll receive an email within 1-3 business days on the next step.

How long are the tutoring sessions?
We’ve found that consistent, focused time is key to real progress. While each session typically lasts one hour, we require a minimum of 2 hours per week to ensure students have enough time to to build understanding, reinforce key concepts, and make steady progress. Do you offer both in-person and online tutoring?
Yes. We provide in-person tutoring sessions at your home for added convenience and comfort. We also offer online tutoring through a secure video platform, allowing students to learn from anywhere.

How do you assess a student’s needs and measure progress?
We begin with a diagnostic assessment to identify strengths and areas for growth. Students complete reoccurring assignments, quizzes, and practice tests. Parents can view performance metrics, progress reports, and tutor feedback via parent portal.

Do you help with homework and test prep?
Absolutely. We support homework assignments to reinforce classroom learning, as well as targeted test preparation. Please refer to our services page for more details.

Are there packages, discounts, or family plans available?
Yes. We offer various packages and family plans tailored to different needs. These can be reviewed and managed through our parent portal including special discounts for multiple children or bundled services.
Question 8
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You can manage appointments directly in the parent portal or give us a call directly. Late cancellations may incur a fee. If you wish to pause or discontinue tutoring, we kindly ask for at least two weeks' notice. Please see our policies for complete details.

How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through our internal systems, ensuring your information is protected with encryption. Through the parent portal, you can easily view invoices, manage billing options, and make payments. Please note that a credit card processing fee applies. We also accept multiple payment methods, including Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal, for your convenience.
